The fall, winter, and holiday season encourages many of us to do more baking in our kitchen and to use the season's tasty ingredients like pumpkins and apples to bake up some delicious dishes. I am a huge fan of fall recipes and apples are one of my kids' favorite fruits, meaning they actually eat it! In October, our family had the delightful chance to try Baker's Cousin. Apples was October's theme for Baker's Cousin's baking challenge. I was excited to receive my box from them to see what apple-filled goodies were waiting for us to dig into. We were not disappointed!
I love receiving packages in the mail and this time, my sweet tooth was in love, too! I had to fight off the kids when we first opened this particular package because they wanted to try all the desserts before I had a chance to snap photos. Luckily, I captured some shots before my kids devoured all of these treats!
Before I get ahead of myself with how satisfying these apple-themed recipes were, let me introduce you to Baker's Cousin if you're not familiar with them.
About Baker's CousinBaker's Cousin is the first online community of bakers and for anyone who enjoys eating baked goods. Baker's Cousin hosts a themed baking challenge every month for bakers to submit their recipes. Anyone can submit recipes for the baking challenge that is posted the first Monday of every month. Each challenge is hosted and judged by culinary experts. One week will be open to submit your recipe after the new baking theme is announced.
Each dish is wrapped and placed in these adorable different-colored boxes. After all, visually-appealing packaging are always a bonus!

The recipe cards with photos of the recipe are also included for the Tasters to be able to create the dishes themselves.
I thought the small silver spoon that comes with it adds that extra special touch and it came in handy to scoop out each and every one of these tasty treats.
