Bacon, Shrimp, Cheese...All in One
Two of my favorite food are bacon and shrimp. I love finding new recipes to eat them with and that's just what happened one day recently. I had some Pillsbury pizza crust that I needed to use so I went ahead and threw these ingredients together along with some cheese and a bit of a spicy sauce since I was craving something a little spicy, too. It was quick, easy and filling, something I'll be making again!
What You Need:
1 can of Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust
8-9 bacon strips, depending on size of bacon
1 pound of small shrimp
8-10 sandwich cheese slices or shredded cheese
1/2 cup of Ranch dressing
1/2 cup of honey mustard
1/2 cup (or to taste) of Sriracha sauce
scrambled eggs (for an added breakfast feature)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 8x8 glass casserole pan.
Lay down parchment paper on baking sheet.
Roll out pizza crust on top of parchment paper.
Mix Ranch, honey mustard and Sriracha in small bowl. Spread out on top of pizza crust.
Place cheese on top of sauce.
Place bacon strips side by side on top of sauce.
Line up shrimp on bacon.
Using a pizza cutter, cut pizza crust in between each bacon.
Carefully roll each bacon into a pin wheel form.
Place each roll into glass pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until rolls are done cooking. They should be a golden-brown color.
You can drizzle more sauce over the rolls when done, (optional).
The rolls were soft and everything seemed to melt in your mouth. This was an easy recipe to make and can be great for breakfast, lunch or as a snack!
